Movement is a physical catharsis. My teaching stems from a deep respect for the bodies innate intelligence.  In a world full of external distraction and noise, my goal as I teach is to guide people back to their internal experience, to embody their own life, and back to the joy of movement. I pull from many different modalities and stay deeply steeped in my own self study. I’ve developed a unique teaching style that incorporates theories of functional and natural movement, as well as mobility and strength training. I was born and raised in Portland. I love this city! I graduated from the Sacred Seeds Yoga School in early 2014. I also teach Barre, and trained under the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association.
