Sandy is a Rasamaya certified barre instructor and has extensive training in Pilates as well as the barre method BarSculpt. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is a runner and a lover of all things fitness from boot camps to yoga.
She is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and the transformative properties of exercise with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Sandy’s fitness journey has taken her from the couch to Pilates, Barre and beyond. Through barre and Pilates she saw and felt her body change, muscles developing, and flexibility increasing. She started to experience a level of fitness that translated into everyday activities. The confidence in her body gave her the motivation to try running and she has completed two half marathons along with some 10K and 5Ks. Barre still remains her first exercise love and it is the center of all her fitness endeavors.
Sandy’s classes are a place where everyone, from experienced athletes to absolute beginners; will experience challenge, support and most importantly lots of laughter.
